Shipping and Delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non refundable.

*No cat/kitten will be shipped or delivered till payment has been received in full cleared breeders bank, (purchase price plus shipping) is required 2 weeks prior to shipping. Balance shall be paid by U.S. Postal Money order or PayPal please add 3% for Pay Pal. Cash is accepted on local Sales. NO CASH REFUNDS

*Deposit is non-refundable if buyer changes their mind. Deposit will be returned if for some reason breeder is unable to place agreed upon cat/kitten with purchaser. Or a suitable substitute will be offered, of same or greater value.

Health Guarantee & Contract Terms

*Breeder represents that this cat/kitten is in good health and free from any communicable diseases or heath defects. Great care is taken to eliminate parasites such as round worms, fleas and ear mites from our cats/kittens but since these are quite common among animals we cannot guarantee any animal to be parasite free.

* Breeder guarantees the health of the above mentioned kitten/cat for 24hrs from the date of delivery. Buyer should have this kitten/cat examined within 24hrs by a licensed veterinarian of the buyers choosing buyer must present certificate of unfitness to seller within 24 hrs after a licensed vets findings. Any evidence of abuse, neglect or mishandling releases the seller from responsibility regarding the cat/kitten and voids the above limited warranty. This cat/kitten is warranted to be in good health to the best of the breeder’s knowledge at the time of delivery. Any health problems that arise after buyer has taken possession of cat/kitten shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Failure to have the kitten checked within the time period makes all warranties Null and Void. PurrfectpawsWa is not responsible for any veterinarian costs.

*Buyer should be aware that during times of stress, such as moving to a new home, being shipped by plane, or meeting new people and animals, cats can exhibit a variety of symptoms, such as sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose, lack of appetite, constipation, or diarrhea. This is completely normal and usually of short duration.

*Buyer is responsible for all veterinary costs once he/she takes ownership of said cat/kitten.

*This kitten/cat is guaranteed against genetic defects. If the cat dies an untimely death within the first year of ownership due to a genetic defect, breeder agrees to replace this kitten/cat with a kitten of equal value at such time as one becomes available. We do not do cash refunds –only refunds in the form of monetary credit to be applied toward the purchase of replacement kitten. Under no circumstances after buyer’s possession of cat/kitten has taken place will seller be obligated to allow cat/kitten to be returned.

Buyer must provide proof from a licensed vet that the death was due to a genetic defect in the form of necropsy report from licensed veterinarian pathologist in addition to appropriate blood work is received by seller. Health defects do not include accidents, contagious diseases acquired after the cat/kitten has left Purrfectpaws, or any problems arising from the stress of a new environment, change in food or improper care. A current health record accompanies the delivery of the cat/kitten.

*Cat/kitten has had all age appropriate shots worming with the exception of the rabies shot. PurrfectpawsWa cattery is a closed cattery and all cats have tested negative for feline leukemia and feline aids .due to studies done at Cornell University by Dr.Pederson where he concluded that FIP vaccinations can potentially give FIP. Purrfectpawswa does not vaccinate for this and does not guarantee health of purchased kittens if they are vaccinated for this after going to their new homes. New owners are advised to discuss vaccination options with their own veterinarians, but agree that all health guarantees are Null and void if this cat/ kitten is given the FIP vaccine.

*Breeder will provide purchaser at time of sale, cat/kittens vaccination and health records cat/kittens may need booster shots depending on age at sale

*Breeder does not guarantee against treatable nuisances such as fleas, fungus, mites or upper repertory infection, which are not life threatening, these are very treatable and can be brought on by stress that breeder feels unable to guarantee against them, but takes all preventative measures to ensure cats are free from these nuisances and would never knowingly place a cat/kitten with any of these conditions.

*Seller is not liable for expenses incurred (including medical) due to or as a result of the above cat/kittens actions. Seller does not guarantee eye color, coat color, coat length, size, weight, or personality of cat/kitten

*our cat/kittens are always sold as pets. Kittens sold as pets do not have breeding rights and must not be bred. The TICA registration will not have breeding rights. A cat/kitten may possibly be sold with breeding rights, but special arraignments must be made with breeder prior to the sale of cat/kitten and prior to taking possession of cat/kitten. Breeder reserves the right to deny breeding rights to anyone at anytime and for any reason.

*the cat/kitten above is accustomed to royal canin kitten dry. It is recommended that this food is continued, but if a change is desired, to do so slowly. Changing food abruptly can cause intestinal problems and is not good for the health of the cat/kitten. Please do not give your kitten milk, kitties are lactose intolerant and giving milk will cause diarrhea. The kitten must have water available at all times. Buyer agrees to provide necessary vaccines and adequate health care for the life of this cat/kitten. Yearly checkups and booster vaccines (including rabies if required by veterinarian)

*we feel it is important to to isolate your new kitten for a few days to a week and give it time to adjust to its new home before introducing other pets, and to imprint where his/her litter box will be kept, ideally where the box will be permanently kept, moving to a new home can be stressful for a new pet and isolating them to their own room can help them adjust to their new surroundings.

*Buyer agrees that if for any reason they cannot keep the cat/kitten that they must contact the breeder, for 1st option on taking this cat/kitten back. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten ever be abandoned, given to any pet shop, humane society, pound, shelter, research facility, or euthanized for behavioral problems. We do not buy kittens back all money transfers are final at the time of sale.

*Buyer agrees that if the Rabies vaccine is given, by buyer’s choice or by local law that it will not be given until the cat/kitten is at least 6 months of age.

*Buyer promises that this cat/kitten will be an INDOOR ONLY pet. All guarantees are void if cat/kitten is allowed to roam freely outdoors

*Buyer agrees that the cat/kitten will NEVER BE DE-CLAWED. All guarantees are voided if the cat/kitten is de-clawed.

*If this cat/kitten is shipped, Breeder has done so in good faith with a current health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian. If this cat/kitten is transported by any method other than the breeders personal vehicle, the breeder assumes no liability for any transportation mishaps or any occurrences to cat/kitten once it is no longer in the breeders possession. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to purchase insurance if so inclined. If this cat/kitten is returned for any such reason, all shipping expenses will be paid by the buyer. There are no refunds on returned cats/kittens or vet expenses shipping charges or other items that purchaser purchased for said cat/kitten.

*It is agreed that this sale is taking place in the state of Washington, USA, and it is agreed that this contract will be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of Washington, USA; therefore, any legal issues are to be handled in the courts, of East Wenatchee, Washington, USA.

*Buyer is aware that any attempts to commit fraud, including filing fraudulent charge backs, paying with fraudulent money orders or cashier’s checks, fraudulent checks, will be reported to the local DA’s office for full prosecution. The buyer’s local police department will be notified as well.

*This instrument is intended by both seller and buyer to be final expression of their agreement and , as a complete and exclusive statement of its terms, no representations, understandings or agreements, whether verbal or written, have been made or relied upon in the making of this agreement other than those specifically set forth herein. Only an agreement signed by both parties may modify this agreement.

*All of seller’s rights hereunder are separate and cumulative, and no one of them, whether or not exercised, shall be deemed to be an exclusion of any of the other rights and shall not limit or prejudice any legal or equitable right which seller may have.

*This contract is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well being and protection of this cat/kitten. This contract constitutes the full agreement between buyer and seller. No other warranty, verbal or written, is implied.

*If cat/kitten is sold with breeding /showing rights this is not a guarantee that the cat/kitten will produce live offspring, or winning in a show or anything else. Breeder advises buyer to examine kitten in person to decide the quality of the cat/kitten before purchase.

Other/Notes:

By his/her signature below (Electronic Email signature or written is legally binding) , buyer indicated his/her full agreement to and understanding of the terms and conditions contained within this sales contract.
